i found some issues affected the quality of my stay. the service was inconsistent. i requested an iron and waited 40 minutes before calling again (it seems i needed to remind them). i requested a pickup, and after 20 minutes, i had to call again to remind them about that as well. this level of service is not what i expect from a hotel of this reputation.

the resort offered many dining options. i found several restaurants with diverse cuisines available. breakfast had a wide selection with fresh juices. the gym featured modern equipment. i used the treadmills and weight machines. the gardens had serene walking paths! and beautiful landscaping.

the hotel grounds were very well kept. i observed many different species of plants there. the restaurants on site offered plenty of variety. i particularly enjoyed the sea grill and i found the staff to be very attentive. my room had a nice balcony.

the bathroom in my room felt a little outdated. i saw some minor wear and tear. breakfast got very crowded. i sometimes struggled to find a table. the service at the pool was slow on a couple of occasions.
